1. Agreement to Terms

By using Autometa Studio's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Autometa Studio provides AI-powered video production services including but not limited to video ads, UGC content, corporate videos, and movie trailers.

3. Payment Terms

50% payment required upfront before production begins
Remaining 50% due upon delivery of final video
Payments processed securely via Stripe
All prices in USD unless otherwise specified
Agency partners may qualify for Net 30 terms

4. Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds (typically 2-4 depending on project scope). Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed separately.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive commercial usage rights for the delivered videos. Autometa Studio retains the right to use work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate project requirements and materials
Respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner
Ensure you have rights to any materials you provide
Approve scripts before production begins

7. Delivery

Standard turnaround times are 3-7 business days depending on project complexity. These are estimates, not guarantees. We do not offer refunds for timing preferences.

8. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of video production, refunds are generally not provided after production begins. We work with you through our revision process to ensure satisfaction.

9. Limitation of Liability

Autometa Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
